Designer Clothes Dogs Can Wear!

Who says you need to buy special clothes for your pooch.  After watching Martha Stewart last week (she's on my daily "watch" list)... we realized that we could find just plain old regular stuff to dress up our dog.  Below are a few great ideas.

	Classic Jean Jacket by BabyGap Martha had an adorable denim jacket on her dog.  When I found out the jacket was from BabyGap, I was like "Oh how cool!"  I plan to embellish our denim jacket with some crystals to add a bit of "bling bling" to it. $24.50 at Gap.com

Classic Polo Mesh Shirt by Ralph Lauren Okay so I decided to have a little fun with kid's clothes for dogs.  Here's a classic Ralph Lauren Polo Tee in infant sizes that would be adorable on your puppy. Can't you just picture it? Of course, any polo type tee would work too, but it's more hip to have a real Polo. $25.00 at Polo.com

	Stripe Fur Trim Hooded Sweater by Gymboree Isn't this just sweet. You may need to roll the sleeves a bit, but I think it would look soooo cute on a dog. Add a cute little pink hair bow and you're all set. $34.00 at Gymboree.com

Got little kids who have outgrown their tiny clothes? Recycle them for the pup. If the weather were nice, I'd say hit garage sales too - but alas winter is upon us.. so maybe a thrift store would be a great place to hunt.  Be creative, have fun... dress your doggy with style!
